What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All shippings are free of charge. The method is between an express shipping and a normal one as some packages arrive quickly when others follow the normal steps. Depending on stocks it can come from our local warehouses or our international warehouses. The global situation at the moment have reduce the number of shipping companies operating. Please understand this important fact.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship all over the world. Nothern America, Europe and Australia being our main shipping zones. It is not limited to those zones but it may take more time for the shipment to arrive. Do no hesitate to contact us before placing an order. Important to know that borders duty or tax fees are at your own expense. You can approach them if you are not sure about their policy.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

At the moment between 10 to 18 working days. Our Insured Free Shipping service can be extended up to 30 days.
Beware that country customs can delay shipment. Also at from January to March, shipping is slower due to the end of the year and Christmas period and the Chinese New Year celebration (end January to mid-February). Finally, the pandemic situation have created challenges and risen the control times for safe shipment. Please understand the situation and know that we are easy to contact and talk to. Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Our website is SSL Secured. Furthermore, we entrusted our payment gateway to Stripe and PayPal, the leader of online safe payment. We are also processing refunds through them by sending them a refund request. Then they match it with your previous payment for a partial refund or full refund. This ensured that we do not have access to your payment information which are secured and stay secret.

How do I place an Order?

1) From the main page:
Use the menu to navigate to "The Shop Rooms" and select a preferred room, then a product.
2) Add chosen product into your cart:
Choose variant and quantity of the product.
Press on the button "Check Availability", "Add to Cart" or "Shop Now". Now your product if available is in the cart.
You can always access directly to your cart by pressing on th e icon on the top left of your screen.
3) Enter Promotion code, fill in your details and review order:
Enter your coupon code if you have one, fill in your details. Make sure your address is a residential address and not a holiday address. You don't need to create an account to place an order. It is quit easy. Review your order before validating because after payment we can't modify your order.
4) Finally Enter you payment details and press the button to validate. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Few days after (24/48h) you will receive a tracking number (wait 5 working days and track your order).
6) Repeat step 1) and 2) to get some other products in your cart.

IMPORTANT: Only 15 items maximum per order are allowed for everyone to be able to get his chance in purchasing our product we had to create this rule resulting from customer enquiry.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

After payment of your order it is not possible to cancel it or change it. But if you contact us right away before fulfilment we may be able to cancel your order. After order has been cancelled, you will be notified by email and you will get refunded. Then, you will be able to place another order with the modifications that you wanted to do initially. Du to the number of orders we can't modify every single ones but may if possible and not fulfilled cancel your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don't need an account to place an order. You can order as a guest.
We still need correct information regarding your name, your address, email and telephone number. This is to make sure that shipping happen smoothly and to get information about your order like the tracking number for example. You may receive some promotional emails. You can opt-out anytime by using the link on the footer of our email.

How Do I Track My Order?

After 24/48 hours you will receive a tracking number which can take up to 5 working day to start showing information about your shipped product. We will send you an email with a method of tracking. The tracking number works in all main free tracking websites as well. You are free to use our method or your own.
