What are the shipping times for your products?

We suggest you in all product pages, before adding products to cart, to read shipping tabs. We suggest you to not purchase if you can't wait or to purchase and be able to wait 30 days. Our orders, based on tracking records are shipping between 7 to 20 working days.

Probability statistics:

  • 7-10 days for 80% orders
  • 10-20 days for 15% orders
  • Over 20 days for 5% orders

Free Shipping: Tracking Number

Shipping times indicated here are for the shipping way privileged in order to get a tracking number, they can change depending on country customs.

We use different type of shipping methods for the Insured Free Shipping service.

Tracking numbers are sent 3 working days after order has been placed. It can take up to 8 working days to show tracking information (order processing time dependent).

All shipping times indicated are not including the order processing time which is between 2 to 8 working days.

Chikara Houses improved the shipping times and we are now able to ship in 7 to 20 days. On each product page of the website, there is information about shipping times updated from our recent orders sent and received.

Free Shipping: Important Note

Depending on your country customs, it may take longer. The prices displayed in Chikara Houses Store are not including custom fees. It is your responsibility to make sure that items ordered are allowed to be shipped in your country, and if there is a tax or fee that applies, the free shipping service or any other of our shipping methods, don't cover those fees. You will have to pay them to your customs. If you change your shipping address, it is your responsibility to contact the local post office to request an interception of your order to be redirected to your new address. After your purchase, the product is sent and you become the legal owner of the good.

Lastly, be aware that National Holidays (in your country or in the country of origin) may delay the shipping. Just following the tracking information to know where your order is at the moment.

Example: End of January/ Begin of February Chinese New Year Holiday (3 weeks holidays):

This event slower the economy around the world and it affects shipping time also.

Shipping time is the longest during that period. We will put a live average range of shipping time on product page for all products of the store to have the most current update on that point.

Warehouses and Origins

As most of the brands around the world, our products are shipped from Asia generally (China, Vietnam or Indonesia), but can also be shipped from our warehouses in Europe or the United States. Do you ship all over the world?

Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide.

 

Where do we ship your product?

Our offices are located in Paris, in France. Our international warehouse and stock are located in China, Vietnam, Europe and US.

 

Do you provide tracking / tracking information for the product?

Yes, wait few days (3 generally) after your order and ask us via email to email address. And can take up to 8 working after that to start showing information

 

Missing some items from my order, what's going on?

Our products are shipped from warehouses or factories so you can receive items separately according to your order. For example, if it contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will certainly arrive shortly. This is to shorten the time of delivery because regrouping them first might take some time and is more carbon footprint efficient, therefore, we send it from the warehouse which stores it directly to you. But, most of our customers receive their goods together. It is very rare to have this situation happening. You can shop with peace of mind. We always work on how to improve our order processing procedures.

 

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a video of the damaged item in question to the email address: info@chikarahouses.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

 

Where are you located?

Our project started in 2014, in Tokyo, Japan with the inspiration for this project. Then, later being a success story from 2018 to now in Sydney, Australia. I still have not received my order. What takes so much time?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance or public holiday(in warehouse country or your own country). You can instead trace your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel that you need help in tracing your package or would like to inquire about it, please contact us by email at the following address: info@chikarahouses.com

 

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to solve any problems that our customers might encounter with their articles online. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, in case the appeal is made within 30 days from the date of the order and the product (s) concerned are not on promotion or part of the list of the products which are not refunded like, seeds, food, beauty product that we may have periodically in our store for sale.
