• Chikara Studio, a community hosted on the Skool platform; and

• Node Code, accessible via the technical subdomain nodes.chikarahouses.com.

When you click on a link to an external platform, you leave our website. These third-party platforms may collect, store, and process personal data independently, in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms of service.

Chikara Houses does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, data handling, security measures, or content of third-party platforms. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before creating an account or using their services.

CHIKARA STUDIO (SKOOL COMMUNITY)

If you choose to join Chikara Studio on Skool:

• Your account information (such as username, email address, profile data, posts, and interactions) is collected and processed directly by Skool, under Skool’s own Privacy Policy.

• Chikara Houses may have access only to limited community-related information (such as your display name, posts, comments, or reactions) strictly for community moderation, communication, and engagement purposes.

• Chikara Houses does not receive or store your payment information related to Skool subscriptions or purchases, which are handled by Skool and its payment service providers.

Participation in Chikara Studio is voluntary and subject to Skool’s own terms and privacy practices.

NODE CODE / NODES.CHIKARAHOUSES.COM

The subdomain nodes.chikarahouses.com (“Node Code”) is operated by Chikara Houses as a technical and experimental environment.

When accessing Node Code, limited technical information may be automatically processed for security, operational, and performance purposes, such as:

• IP address

• Browser or device metadata

• Timestamps and request logs

Any code samples, technical resources, automation workflows, or tools made available through Node Code are provided for educational and informational purposes only. DATA RESPONSIBILITY CLARIFICATION

Chikara Houses acts as the data controller for personal data collected directly through chikarahouses.com.
